Maximillian Cunha is a strategic advisor, cultural architect, and experience designer with over a decade of leadership across various industries. As a founder and former Head of People, he has helped build and scale high-growth companies, while coaching executives from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 organizations. As a creative, Max has produced and signed music to respected international record labels, performed at major music festivals across the US, toured internationally, and operated a successful venue in San Diego.

His work centers on guiding leaders through periods of transition, complexity, and growth with clarity and conviction.

Max’s approach integrates strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of systems—both human and organizational. Drawing from his experience designing both high-trust executive environments and transformative creative spaces, he helps individuals and teams unlock their next chapter with precision, resonance, and lasting cultural impact.
